About Carrie
Many people who seek therapy are capable and resourceful—they've learned how to navigate life, with all its demands. Still, anxiety, big emotions, or familiar patterns can surface during seasons of transition or stress. I work with adults navigating relationships, grief, and change, as well as children and teens learning to understand and regulate their inner world.
Before becoming a therapist, I spent over ten years working as a wellness coach, supporting emotional awareness and sustainable personal growth. Clients often come not to be fixed, but to gain clarity, steadiness, and deeper trust in themselves as they move forward.
I offer a steady, compassionate space for children, adolescents, and adults. I help clients understand what they've been carrying, build emotional regulation, and move through life transitions with greater clarity and self-trust. With kids and teens, I work creatively and collaborate with parents to support growth beyond sessions.
Reaching out for support can feel like a vulnerable step, even when you're capable and self-aware. Therapy doesn't require you to have the right words or a clear plan—only a willingness to begin. If you're considering support for yourself or your child, I'd be honored to walk alongside you as you take the next step.
