About Michelle
I work with individuals, couples, and families who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected and are seeking meaningful change and support. You may be navigating depression, anxiety, addiction, chronic illness, grief, complex trauma, or a difficult life transition.
You might feel unsure how to move forward, feel emotionally exhausted, or frustrated by patterns that no longer serve you — but you are open to growth and willing to engage in the therapeutic process. You have a deep sense that something needs to change, but you are unsure of where to start.
I offer a variety of personalized and trauma-informed therapeutic methods to help clients build insight, emotional regulation, relational skills, and meaningful change. I am also trained in Level 1 of the Gottman Method for Couples Therapy.
Healing often occurs holistically, incorporating therapies that include the body, mind, and spirit. Whether you're seeking therapy individually, as a couple, or as a family, I approach our work with empathy, curiosity, and respect for the wisdom you already carry. You deserve support during this season of your life.
