Children deserve to feel safe, understood, and supported, especially when the world feels overwhelming. I specialize in working with children who have experienced trauma, are navigating big emotions, or who are struggling with neurodivergence. Whether it’s anxiety, sensory or emotional regulation challenges, or difficulty adjusting at home or school, I offer a compassionate space where each child is met with curiosity and care. My approach is experiential and relational. I often incorporate play, movement, creativity, and somatic awareness to meet children where they are not just with words, but with connection and attunement.
Every child has a story to tell, even when they don’t yet have the words. I have supported children and families in crisis situations, school settings, and community behavioral health programs. I value neurodiversity and work to honor each child’s unique ways of thinking, feeling, and interacting with the world focusing on their strengths.
I collaborate closely with parents and caregivers, because healing doesn’t happen in isolation. My goal is to nurture resilience, strengthen relationships, and help children feel safe, capable, and seen. If you’re looking for a therapist who will meet your child with empathy, creativity, and respect for who they are, I’d be honored to support your family.
I offer afternoon and evening sessions in person and online making it easier to fit therapy into you or your child's daily routine.
